If she just can’t help it, and it’s not because something you did (or didn’t do), then it’s time to move on.

5. Do you still want to be in a relationship with her?
Sometimes, you just don’t want to get back together with a girlfriend that cheated on you. The decision to take her back is in your hands and you need to decide if you want to risk this happening all over again, a few months from now.
